Yes it is NORTH of I-465....about 1 MILE on the RIGHT
Very easy to find, neat location.
I had a Great time this past Thursday, I'm impressed with the venue and see a good deal of potential there. The co-owner is very chill and easy to talk to, bonus. Pool tables are top notch...and 10 of them at that!
Nice sized dancefloor, cool stage, plenty of off in the corner chill spots and seating around the place, nice staff, good prices, and on.
I liked the music all night. Chad dropped a nice hard style dnb set and worked into the array of house & progressive styles to follow that all seemed to flow quite nicely I might add considering it was between 5 DJs rotating every 4 records.
Benji the Visuals were on point bro. I was diggin every bit of it. Very creative and thought provoking. And much props to coming out and setting up all that equipment for this night. I do feel it will pay off for you in the future to showcase this. The VJ is becoming a very big thing again around the world and it should be recognized again here in Indy. Since things have shifted from the rave venue's to clubs, there is less Visual screens seen. But we can't forget how important it can be as a compliment to the expression of the music. Big addition to the atmosphere.
On another note..
The sound is Loud and strong, but it needs some work. I guess 3 of their speakers are in the shop (a shop for a speaker?! get a screwdriver and do the thing! atleast I would) according to the owner. But aside from that there is some feedback issues, but that can probably be fixed with a little different wiring. It gets Loud and has fairly clean bass & mids. The highs are a little ruff.
The lights are a little cheesy, but they do have a nice control board to work them with...hehe
Soon there should be some fliers for this night, til then, hope to see more folks coming out to enjoy a Pow-Wow with us
