I I can't make it out tomorrow, unfortunately...I'm willing to give my slot to a non-resident who hasn't played yet...there could b a last second reversal of fortune on my end but its doubtful. holla back. :)

hollowpoint will play in my stead as a makeup booking for a schedule conflict w the early punk rock show back in july.

stay posted for more info...Oct flyer should b ready in a week and let me just say it, along with the lineup, is looking siiiiiick!! ;) definitely feel good about the direction juxt is taking...already looking into dec to ensure that the midwest's best get to rock the house for the indy heads. ;) big tingz...

I just moved back to Indy from NC and had been looking for an event forum, luckily I live like 40 minutes from indianapolis and will be trying to make a lot of the shows, especially dnb. Just saying whats up to everybody in the area , hopefully Ill meet yall at the shows.

Once I get my own place out from Mom and Dad's fucking suffocating wing of haterisms, I will be at all Tuesday night events. Pisses me off that I can't ever make these. =(

ok people...please remember we still have one more week in september so don't forget about that just because you see next month's flyer. i posted this because i kept getting a lot of flack from people about flyer's not being done on time yada yada yada. so to keep the peace and to get everybody to STFU i personally saw to it that everything was in order in that respect.

all of the residents have made major contributions to the cause in an effort to ensure that juxtapoze is the premier electronic music outlet in indianapolis, BAR NONE. nobody else has the balls to do a weekly and make it successful...saying that i just want to reiterate that WE MAKE NO MONEY. THERE IS ZERO PROFIT for anybody involved with juxtapoze. other than paying sherwood/jim for hauling out their equipment (both of whom deserve just as much respect from patrons who attend juxt as they deserve it from us) and a few dj's here and there for playing ALL OF THE MONEY FROM THE DOOR goes back into the night. if gary would have done that in the first place i probably wouldn't be typing this today...

In other news, vibes last night were at an all-time high. One of the best tuesdays I've been to in a long time. Every DJ I heard last night was tearing it up.

George, I appreciate the work that's gone in so far and from my vantage point, things are on the up and up.
 
well here's the deal for nov...

we have an oppurtunity to get the evol intent show here in indy...and we want to throw it but considering there is a show in cincy already the following saturday we're hesitant about putting it on.

so basically this is the point:

if you want to see evol intent at the melody inn we need a show of hands...even if we did throw it here i would still be going to cincy to see them again just because i think the show is going to be that good.

so all in favor say AYE...

I see no reason to not drink with the evol boys twice in a week.
