believe me... I've been trying to figure that out myself. I think d'n'b kinda wore it's welcome out in Indy, outside of the scene at least. A lot of hard shit... all the time... for a few years.
Scared people maybe? haha

Yeah....I can handle it at Juxtapose, with the hour time slots...sometimes. But some of your guys love putting jackhammers into my skull. lol

I appreciate it for the effort they put in, and people seem to dig it....it's just not for me at all.

However....I know it's over in an hour and something else will be on, so I deal.

You guys do a great job mixing it up....which is why I love coming up there. ;)

FYI to everyone, Aaron Hogan needs to sort out an alternate mode of transportation this evening due to some other circumstances beyond anyone's control, so might be a tad bit late getting started - don't be alarmed :)

I'll grab some wax and bring it with me to have tunes playin/sound check at 9:30 :D

That'd be appreciated. Just talked to him, and looks like we're golden...but just in case; you know how reliable 'other' people can be at times :p

yeah...HUGE night :) lots of new faces and some familiar ones as well...i'm still surprised that some certain individuals don't show up for our bigger shows but can manage to come out on an all locals night. funny thing is that the price is still the same no matter who we bring out :| regardless i'll spin the same semantic yarn by saying that if you keep sleeping on nights like this past one you're losing the plot big time. i think there's enough variety, week in/week out, to keep everybody entertained so to avoid being disheartened by the "lack thereof" i'll just chalk it up to "maybe next time..."

luckily the majority of the night was recorded (courtesy of sea monkey <3 ) so i'm sure sets/pics will be up before too long... ;)

that being said november is looking awfully deeeeeeep...lots of locals JUXTAPOZED alongside 3 major headliners (Stunna/Submorphics NEXT WEEK followed by EVOL INTENT LIVE on the 17th) so if you can't find a reason to pick and choose amongst 4 great weeks of electronic music then you're probably better jerkin' off at home :)

ez,

-ge0rge-

ended up all working out, but I meant when you rely on other people for rides/whatever

shit was poppin' like a frat boy's collar, huge thanks to everyone that came out and made it a sick night...we can't do it without you :D

Sometimes it would help to know what the "bigger shows" are. :p

I'm certainly not the end-all-be-all in terms of musical knowledge, but I like to think I'm somewhat knowledgeable. You guys are definitely enlightening me on genres and talent that was unbeknownst to me prior to coming out on a regular basis.

Perhaps a little emPHAsis on what you consider a "big deal" would assist myself and those who are even less enlightened.

Especially someone like me, who is there most weeks of the month. I hate taking a "night off" and being told I missed some buck shit. lol

I planned on coming out, but was just too tired after a long day. :\

that list in itself probably has a combined tenure of 300 yrs of serious involvement w/ electronic music, djing or otherwise...

just come out and support the last bastion of fine electronic music provided by a who's who of indy's finest from the past, present and future...

Lisa and I will be playing Techno as opposed to our usual sub-bass/breakbeat nature. :D Should be interesting.
