Shy Guy Says (Jarrod Linne) has arrived on this planet directly from his home in the Mushroom Kingdom (Bloomington, IN). He’s on a suicide mission to eventually conquer the earth with his joyous, yet unpredictable mixture of glitch hop, electro, downtempo house, 8-bit noise, lush ambience, and an all around swagger for days. His soon to be released, self produced debut LP The Technolocaust is a 12 track journey through space from a planet destroyed by a hostile robot takeover, to a daring new planet sprawling with uncharted territory. It will inevitably be released by means of his emerging production collective, tentatively named Youth Movement, sometime in 2011. He may be known for high-energy live shows (complete with flying bob-ombs), and has made it his personal mission statement to destroy every crowd he comes in contact with, only to leave them wanting more. Thanks to IndyMojo and G9 collective, he's making his first visit for Broad Ripple. Listen at your own risk.
