What awesome party, definitly a great way to celebrate my b-day! =] I didn't really start relaxing enough to have fun until after 11 cause there was a lot of last minute stuff we had to do, then there was some drama with some of my friends from fort wayne. I feel really bad about that whole mess, but there really wasn't much I could do about it. Any way I'm very glad that everyone had such a good time for the most part. Nate and Misty tore it up at the end and Heather Heart was amazing as well. The Tiki Lounge was a little to cold for me, which was a shame cause the music out there was off the hook. I'm totally down to help out in whatever way I can for the next one. I had fun promoting this event and helping during the set up at the begining. I prolly should have stuck around and helped clean up more at the end, but I was pretty wasted at that point. =] Thanx to everyone who helped us out and to everyone who made it out for this event, we'll have to do it again some time soon. Throwing parties is addicting. =]

let's just say that deep dish in chicago friday *so* rocked my world that indy on saturday was simply not an option.

i hear nasty nate and brian neckels killed some shit except for the arsehole who unplugged them 1/2 hr into the set... 8(
 
This was such a great night............I am SO glad to see
something that was thrown together so quickly and
some what disorganized, come together to work out so
damn well. The collaboration on this event was really
unprecedented in INDY. THANX TO EVERYONE that was
a part of this wonderful event.
This is definitely a good clear sign that better things
are coming to INDY.
Everyone I talked to was having to best of times and
all the DJs were on point. I loved the variety, it played
so pleasant on my ears all night long.
Thanx to Heather Heart who is truly on the level and
is the 2nd nicest (to Odi!!!)New Yorker I have ever meet.
Hey Jimmy send me that picture of her @ the after hours

than any autograph I could ask for....................maybe I'll
send it to her and ask her to sign it.......................

EVERYONE make sure to come out to R.S.V.P. on Saturday

^^^^it wasn't really an after hours. Just a bunch of people sitting @ playing Halo tournys for hours, and
watching Heather sleep on the couch.......................

No one unplugged us. Kyle Geiger just needed to set up Final Scratch to prepare for his set, and he was very polite about it. I was just down to one table at a time for a bit, no big deal :)
 
Wow! What A Night! Awsome sets by Er'body! Venue Packed, peeps dancing, drinking, smiling. Major regional support! Lots of new faces! Truly a Thanksgiving extravaganza! Even the TEE PEE was busy. Hell....... the place was packed until 3:15! Dancing with the lights on! I'm simply catatonic..... still feeling warm and fuzzy! Job well done MIDWEST! Are there more pics? Freak, whats up on that vid footage? And I quote MD.... we didn't REP' it LIKE it's HOT, we certianly REPPED IT HOTWISE.... cause it was hot....... with the bonus sizzzle.

Another thing, I caught wind on ravematch that someone drove 6 and a half hours to the event from Tennessee, only to not be able to get in because she was 19. That is a shitty day, that's for sure....

Nice to hear all of the comments. I felt a great energy from the crowd and I just wanted to post a thank you to all who stuck around after Heather Heart. Serendipity and I had a GREAT time playing and felt proud of the music that we played. I like the setup in the main room and it was good to see soooooo many people had shown up and lasted to the end. I was sad when it was over - I wanted to play a couple more.....

Glad to see that people there listened to the music and could feel the same things I did!

Don't forget to come out to CT Peppers in Eight days (December 9th) from 10-2 to hang out and get a CD from Serendipity and me (Double Entendre) -- I'll put EVERYONE on the guest list. (It's free to get in, actually he heh e)

well, i consider this "spamming" (cross-thread promoting).
 
^^^The complaint was about the fact that Jimmi was just posting random pictures about some event unrelated to the threads that he posted on.... it was nothing personal against him... just mostly really confusing.
Nate's post is not confusing or unappropriate.
I think Nate was simply telling the people who have complimented him and Serendipity IN THIS THREAD where they are playing next so that they can see them again. It has nothing to do with taking customers away from this already-over event. From what I understand, MANY people enjoyed their set.
Geek... no need for the extreme hate that you show on here.... "I Hate You" is a personal attack, not a constructive way to voice your opinion.... especially towards someone who I have never seen be hateful himself (nate)..... he really is one of the nicest people I know. Your negativity is so uncalled for and needs to stop if the electronic scene is to keep growing in Indy. I have nothing but respect for all the people who try to work with what we have here in Indy and grow with it.... TOGETHER.

did i say "i hate you"? NOPE! but i do hate when people who do the same shit that they bitch about.

if i cared about the CT Pepper's thread, then i would look there for that info....

and nate provides no direct correlation in his post as to why he posted about CT Peppers.

as for me being constructive, i have already said that this event was dope and that i had fun. hell i even said the same thing about the donald glaude show. i am positive when it is warranted. however, i am not gonna let you whine about "spam" and not throw it back at you when you do it in another thread.

im not negative.... i just dont have any tolerance for bull shit. *sniff, sniff* and this smells like bullshit.
 
Had a good time chillin with Indy kids as usual, it was good seeing Heather again too. I enjoyed listening to everyone I heard and am always inspired and encouraged when I hear good stuff. BTW: Did anyone bring pumpkin pie? LOL.
 
Oh and Geekster it was nice meeting you... positively, ya gotta respect all the peeps in Indy who make it happen. ; )
