You need to change the color mode in photoshop from CMYK to RGB, then resave and we can all see it.

i see baile funk on the flyer, but i seriously doubt that anyone in indy plays AUTHENTIC baile funk.

yeah, but for it to be totally authentic, I'd have to arrange to have some rio gangs come bludgeon each other to death, then set someone on fire inside a pile of tires. Other than that, I hope to bring something decent to the table

If you've seen the film City of God, you've seen the favela. Favelas are the shantytown ghettos found in Rio de Janeiro and other Brazilian cities. This Friday, October 2, DJ Kyle Long and Artur Silva (artursilva.com) are throwing a dance party celebrating the sounds of the favela, featuring samba and baile funk.
Baile funk is Brazil's most popular musical export since bossa nova. A blend of Miami bass, electro, hip-hop and samba, baile funk has influenced a wide array of artists from Diplo to M.I.A.
Long and Silva will present a mix of contemporary and classic baile funk and in true Rio style they will be using a MPC sampler to create live funk on the spot.
