hello fellow humans, ...thank you in advance for even viewing the post. i do appreciate comments/help/advice/assistance on what i'm about to say...and please ..as for as
moral turpitude goes,...i'm not a common man and sometimes cannot afford common law.

i was arrested under false allegations and therefore had my rights immodestly threw out the window. When the three officers had me down on the ground , knees on my neck, head and back...i was aware that nothing i said mattered and what the officers did was completely up to them. So fine.. cool ..they kicked my apartment apart looking for ?????? and they did find my personal stash of meth-amphetamine. Not what they were looking for but boy did they make a big deal of it ..after the fact that they had busted in my apartment unwarranted. (in the police report it says ' the officer saw the meth from the doorway before entering' . THE METH WAS IN MY KITCHEN DRAWER ) nonetheless...i was co-operative and was hauled off to jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance. One year later i was indicted on felony charge (i'm in Texas..woo-hoo) and filed a plea bargain for deferred adjudication probation and was granted 3 years. Now..i'm very grateful to have three years on probation and no time in the big house...but the merger is contingent only upon SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION of probation.
If i fail to succeed and fall short of whatever the probation officer has in store..then i get the full sentence of the original charge. This is where i need a help...
I am a responsible meth user. ok? ..i am a mechanic ..i pay my bills..i even pay taxes!!! but i am going to be drug tested at random for the next three years. now..i have been prescribed adderall while in college but after graduation i didn't keep going to the doc to get my prescription re-filled. But if i had a current prescription to show my probation officer i am positive that he would have to overlook amphetamines in a UA.....and i know what your thinking...yes if i got hair tested..blood tested...lab tested..i would fail and it would be over...BUT if i have them believing i am simply ADHD ,..and there is no reason to test me more than the regular old 'pee in the cup' test..then i could potentially keep going about my life ...non-violently , non- violating others, and paying my dues to society.
PROBLEM--i dont have much money what now after the $7k for attorney fees, the $2500 for court cost, $750 in tickets, and the $????? it will be for classes and whatever else they throw at me.
So to make a long story short...Anyone able to write me a prescription for adderall that i WILL NOT be filling at pharmacy.. it will only be to show my probation officer....and at most a working phone number attached to it that could be a "doctors Assistant" on the line...
so there it is ... please dont say i should stop using and do probation ... i am aware of the sketchy-ness ...but if you can help me...i will gladly compensate as much as possible!!!!!! please someone help me....

Absolutely not. You must have completely misunderstood the purpose of this website. Please read the rules before posting again.

PS: Even if you do find a way to get your hands on a prescription I really doubt your plan is going to work at all. If you're worried about going to jail how about you stop doing meth?

Then again, being law enforcement yourself and all I really doubt you'd do any jail time whether you sucker someone into committing a crime on here or not.

As reckless mentioned, your post is against the rules and your plan is filled with flaws. You would need to see a real doctor and get the actual prescription filled, and even then you would still have your drug tests sent to a lab so they could tell which amphetamine you are testing positive for. You are certainly not the first person to think of this, and considering that you were caught with meth they would definitely be wary of your script and drug test results, so would most certainly have the lab do a more thorough test to see which amphetamine you were on. Some drug courts won't even let you start a new prescription like that while there.

Years ago I took a similar plea which I refer to as the 'double or nothing' plea. Basically you can fight it and take a decent plea down to a misdemeanor, or you can do what you did and go for the all or nothing type of plea where messing up will give you the original felony charge which you pretty much already copped to (so if you were to screw up while on probation all they would have to do would be sentencing you since you already pled guilty to it) but if you successfully complete probation then you can withdraw your plea to the felony and be let off of your charges.

I know it's too late for you now, but we were recently discussing this in the MA heroin thread saying that you should only take that plea if you know that you will be staying away from drugs (and trouble in general) during the duration of your probation. It's better to just plead guilty to the misdemeanor than to take that suspended sentence which has you taking your chances using while on probation which will land you in jail for the felony if you get caught.
