Post from Brownsville gets marked at the McAllen post facility, never saw a pill from McAllen either.

I got the real deal around may... The ones I got in january were fakes like the fake KLM. Stamp looked identical, but not having the legit ones before, I couldn't spot the difference. I haven't seen any since, probably because there was something wrong. It felt like I got serotonin syndrome honestly. A few people I knew who took the fakes couldn't pee, which was hella weird... My girl wanted to go to the hospital til I made her drink salt water and she finally peed. Come to think of it, the test may have been off a bit, I just saw darkness in the reaction and took them out of excitement without paying close attention, not even thinking they could be fake. But the long comeup was a big red flag.

The MDA ones were way speedier/euphoric, these were more trippy... Like 5Meo or some BS I'm not even going to guess the chemical since there are so many... MDA was color shifting and patterns on the walls n shit. This other shit was straight up moments of not being here on earth.. no lie. And the euphoria was not there like MDA...

I took the MDA ones later enough times to know. I'll tell you the physical differences also: size - these were tiny! texture: they broke in half like mush, even though they were smaller. Every other batch of dragonflies were the hardest pills I ever broke in half. Every single time, very hard press. Hard to even scrape off to test.

The 'Thumbs Down' option is often misused and people mistakenly see the pill think its a rubbish pill and think they are rating the pill. People should read the report and then vote on whether the report is accurate / true or incorrect / misleading etc.

You can have a great report on a horrible pill and it should get a thumbs up - awful report on a good pill would get the thumbs down. If people just into the habit of rating a report and saying why then this would be a great help. A user profile or /like +1 on a comment would also be a good help :)

I totally agree with this it seems everyone thinks they are rating the pill not the report. Could you somehow make this more idiot proof.

Also would it be possible to have a "Pill Weight" option. Unlikely everyone would fill it in but many ravers have scales and just another bit of info to add to the database when trying to reference a pill.

In the Rating could the user be prompted perhaps for a dose estimate. Ie 1-50mG / 50-100mG / 101-150mG / 151mG-200mG / 200mg+. Seems most ravers can figure out + or - 50mG and this might be more useful than MD** High or Low.

Better and more high res pics I agree with the other poster this would be really helpful. Maybe even an enlarge option.

^Pill weight is a good idea and strangely never been mentioned before. The rating has us sort of stuck to be honest and something we have been discussing for a few years but can't come up with a new scale / idea. This is the one change that we have planned for the update so I will suggest your idea as it makes sense - as for making the 'Thumbs up/Down' easier - how ?

Read the report - rate it :D

Hello Bearlove I just logged into the system to remind me of what is exactly said.


Currently sais - Rate Report Quality

Could you simply put:

Rate Report Quality (please note this is a rating for the quality of the report not the quality of the pill!)

Its a bit long winded but hopefully the average raver would get the message.


Currently the system seems to be failing as you can see high dose pills get good ratings and crappy pills get poor ratings.

I also liked folleys idea of if a report gets really crappy ratings then hopefully it can get binned.
 
^I do not like the idea of reports being removed / voted off by users etc - as it stands people simply do not know how to rate a report. Good reports (on rubbish pills) could get removed and more importantly, IF a new adulterated pill shows up but the report is obviously bogus the report would get removed and no history of the pill would show.

It's much better to have a rubbish report with a warning and 20 negative comments than no report at all.

Actually the report thing could be a simple case of click to rate - then a system message of 'Remember your rating the quality of the report and not the pill'. That should simplify it - also having the option to change your mind would help. I often give a report the thumbs down only for the OP to come back, add pictures updates etc and then the report is fine but still has a negative vote.
 
the other thing about users being able to vote off reports (really only relevant in the US section) when a pill shows up in one state but not another it can turn into a bit of fight about who's pills are better. Chi town would often give a negative vote on the Pokeballs, Cali would then in return vote down the Mints :D
 
Well, my idea would be similar to how BL works with it's reported posts... that after say, 5 or 10 votes (depending on how often that subsection is used, I guess.) it would be "unapproved". Visible only to the mods... so they can take a look over it an decide if it should be posted back up or not


I don't think people are too jealous of other's pills anymore.. all the old poke masters just want to find some damn mints and the Chi kids don't want to share lolol




Also, possibly a user reputation system. Would differentiate from great, dedicated users from the trolls. Again, it could be abused but I don't think PR's members would even bother. I'm sure I'd have plenty of votes down by now anyway, lmao.
 
^ Yeah I take on everything your saying there about erasing reports 100% agree perhaps not such a good plan.

Of course a crappy report is better than no report. plus of course some kind of automated deletion could lead to all kinds of fraud tactics for various reasons.

One other point im not sure if this is some how covered in the Regions but would it be worth also having as well as state province but also country? particularly in europe the state/province isnt always obvious as to which country the pill might have been reported.

Another observation im not sure what guide is available when reporting a pill but some kind of encouragement for the user to photograph the front, back and side of the pill rather than just the front would also be really useful.
 
I think you should have to vote for quality of the report .there should b a most viewed button in the search area. Then try to add a spot to add video's when your posting reports. Maybe have some sort of online reagents coupon for PR members to boost HR with more reagent reports hopefully.

^there is the option of voting, but making people use it would be pointless really. If somebody has to vote in order to leave a comment they could just as easy give the report a thumbs down if they do not like the pill.

I'm not sure what kind of coupons would be of use - maybe we could contact the three big players who produce the kits and ask for a coupon reference offering members a discount when purchasing.

I've seen the thread But there a lot comments an stuff. Maybe if they took out all the comments they can organize it an put it on PR so more people can see it cuz not every that goes on PR goes on BL
 
Regarding the 'thumbs up ' down' thing - what if only people who leave a comment have the option to vote. How you voted shows in your comment - if users are giving Thumbs down on great reports we can advise them accordingly. If they continue to misuse the function we either remove the option for them or simply remove the user?
 
^^^That sounds fine. An I was thinking to add Chem families when adding a report like cathinones an 2çxx , other chems. Cuz alot of Chem reactions look alike .

I don't know to be honest - we only decided to go ahead with this change a few months ago. I think were going to make a new site instead of changing bits and pieces as the old system is fairly 'buggy'. Hopefully if we get a new site built we can incorporate a lot more of the suggestions than we managed to include in the previous updates.

More space for pictures, easier to add pictures from a mobile device, user profiles, being able to maybe link reports/comments together (instead of having 5 almost identical reports in a row with a few comments we have the ability to leave one report open for comments etc), being able to see new reports since you last logged on, new comments on your reports etc.

It has been a few weeks since I heard anything from the site owner - I'll see if I can get an update on where were at and I'll let you know.
