Importing RCs Question

Apologies if this is the wrong section.

A friend is interested in importing 4-FA (Possible Analogue) and MDPV (Does not appear to be an analogue) into the US as bath salts although he is a bit concerned of the risks.

He has no intentions to consume or to sell nor posses any paraphernalia or has a record. He would not mind so much if the package does not pass customs and happens to be confiscated

What could he potentially be facing (He has heard his house could be raided)

Depends on how much you're friend's importing. If it's just a small amount it's unlikely to be noticed and even if it is they'll only confiscate it (if it's not an analogue they'll probably send you whatever's left after they test it). They don't have time to throw every person ordering half a gram of some RC in jail. If the order is big enough to require a parcel it's a bit more risky. Plus, if it's big enough for that then they're far more likely to do more than just take the shit. It's not that dangerous to import stuff like that, however, were I you I'd look into buying it from within the states. Much less hassle that way.

small quantities for personal experiments up to several grams are almost risk free at the present time, as above explained

On another note I've heard that it should be a redflag if someone is claiming to sell RC's from within the states.
