Please read this and spread the word so we can make cannabis smoking safer (and in the end legal):

Conclusion:

Cannabis used to be a very safe drug until the THC levels got extremely high and the CBD levels very low.

It is very safe now days too for most people but teenagers (especially the younger) ought to use weed containing less THC and more CBD!

Also if you smoke and feel strange then or the day/days after in any way - you ought to use cannabis that is lower in THC and higher in CBD. If you do you probably can continue with the, IMHO, best drug there is.

But of course you should always take breaks from the drug every now and then. It IS good for the brain, especially if you are mentally sensitive. And smoking less is so more fun because the high gets so much better and other things in life probably will feel more interesting and positive then (sorry for preaching, I know some people can smoke all the time without too many bad effects).

And finally, if your weed smoking friends tell you that you should smoke less or are on your way in to a psychosis, PLEASE LISTEN to them!

Take care!

no new info there

IMO the young just need to know that smoking everyday will have consequences, esp while thier brain is still growing and forming new connections.

But they are young so they wont listen

I doubt the validity or how applicable that is to smoking even very good bud, as I really doubt that even the most potent strains come close to 50% THC. That's concentrate territory.

A huge factor in the THC to CBD ratio is also when the plant is harvested, later harvests have more CBD. Honestly, THC percentages really haven't gone up all that much, the more potent strains that are grown well have always been around, it's just becoming much easier to find/more common now.

micro-dosing..........one or two small pipe hits, will keep you out of trouble if you are prone to weed induced paranoia

yeah

then once tolerance rises a little you'll be more used to the feeling

but if you're experiencing negative effects then the best thing to do would be to stop

i smoked alot during my younger years... the high CBD is what caused the "day after effect" IMO. i just think some folks cant handle the Sativa side of things. everyone ive ever heard of "tripping out" on weed had some underlying cause, like not understanding different bud does different things for one...

btw some sativas have very high CBD, not just indicas. go look up CBD crew seeds. dutch passion carries one of their collaborations... Skunk x Haze CBD. very heavily sativa, low thc, high cbd.

I enjoy the high of really strong weed but the next day I usually have a weed hangover. Thanks for the info OP, I know now what is likely causing this.

i kept straight edge til i was 18 for this exact reason its best to be hardwired that way
