My friend was drinking tonight, he only had like 2 beers, but he did a couple lines of cocaine as well. then took 5 pills of mdma, he hasnt rolled in a wile but last time he did he did 5 pills and i think he is ustu doing that amount.

Anyways the question is : Is he in grave danger right now? Should i prepare to get medical attention?

P.s. I'v heard if you use cocaine before doing mdma, the mdma's effect is significantly reduced. (Just Wondering) Is this true? If so and someone was to do combine the two anyways. how long should the person wait before taking mdma after doing cocaine?
 
theres so many variables there is hard too say, personally, i can mix\use drugs all day and night and never loose my cool. but some ppl i know freak out form a relatively small amount of drugs in there system....................
any way you look at it hes gonna be pretty fucked up, so make shure he has water\food\air.

He should be more or less fine, or feeling better than fine. While what he did is normally not suggested and looked down upon, as long as he stays hydrated and cool, he'll be alright. MDMA's real effects should no be reduced at all. I'm not a huge expert on coke, but I'm fairly sure it plays off of your dopamine levels, not your serotonin levels. While it is true that mdma may trigger a small bit of your dopamine levels to change, it's usually when you have very little serotonin to work with(he does not have this problem, it seems). Oh, and vyvanse + molly = win.
 
My understanding was that MDMA + cocaine = seizuretown. I guess he turned out alright, though.
 
Never done Cocaine, and I've never used that much E, but there are certainly people who have. I have a friend who took 7 at a rave and came back fine, and I'm in California, some of our pills are really good.
 
cocaine inhibits serotonin reuptake. he may get some speed like effects from the mdma, but he won't be rolling tonight.
 
he will be fine i have done coke on multiple occasions with mdma never while peaking tho, and i am fine
 
It was definitely a stupid idea, but granted he stays hydrated (but not overhydrated) I am sure he will be alright, and likely have one hell of a story in the morning. I would sit for him to make sure he is alright though. Also, I'd advise him that IF he took 5 pills at once, that is absolutely idiotic, even with a high MDMA tolerance.
