important question please help

I have been on norco 10/325 for 7 years now and have a huge tolerance it takes 13 pills just to get a slight feeling of euphoria I an also on fent patches 25 mcg/hr. Just recently we switched the fent to morphine sulfate 30mg SR. They haven't really been helping with the pain or giving me the high I was looking for. Some one recommended try IV Ing them and so I got some 1cc rigs and looked up some web sites on how to remove the wax and make it water soluble which I did and it worked. I IVED 3 30mg at 8:30 this morning and the buzz went away about an hour ago. I jus mixed up 4 30mg and got it ready to use. Is it to early to use again I also took 6 norco at 10 but like I said I have a hug tolerance. I explained in a earlier thread about my process before I IV.I have never used needles before into last week. Any help or advice is appreciated. I don't want to hurt myself any more than I do.

Regarding the norco, if you are just swallowing the pills you are ingesting very dangerous amounts of APAP. Look up how to do a cold water extraction (CWE).

Just because you are no longer feeling buzzed doesn't mean the morphine is out of your system. The half life of morphine in blood plasma is 2 hours so give it at least 4 before you even consider redosing and the longer you wait the better. This is especially true as you are new to IVing and don't have the experience to know what is safe.

edit:
Does going from 25mcg/h of Fent to 30mg of morphine means you are supposed to take 30mg morphine every 6h? If so and I were you I'd take 15mg ever 3 hours during the day to avoid possible pain during the lows before you redose, and then take a full 30 before going to bed.

Also the reason you didn't get a response on your first post is because you only gave it 15min and this is the wrong forum to be asking this kind of question.

id say you should be ok just because it sounds like you have a pretty high tolerance. if you still have doubts then i would wait an hour or two just to be safe. in the end only you really know what you should be able to handle.
