I would be incredibly surprised if this were feasible (I'm also starting to wonder whether you're just trying to see how many joke threads you can start at once before someone yells at you or bans you); human semen contains a wide variety of substances, but as far as I know there's nothing remotely psychoactive in there. For the most part, it's a mix of mucus, vitamins, enzymes, sugars, amino acids, prostaglandins, and a few odds and ends like prostate specific antigen; none of those things can get you high. Also, it's fairly poor etiquette to start a thread like this and label it as a life-or-death question; you do get people on here sometimes who will post things like "I/my friend/my bf/gf just took [howlingly stupid combination of drugs] and I/he/she/they are having a bad reaction. Is there a way to keep them from dying or being permanently disabled that doesn't involve bringing them to the hospital, and if so what is it?" and in a situation like that they need immediate answers.
