Imovane now ineffective

[Why am I here?]

I'm prescribed imovane for occasional use, but am going to complain to my GP that it doesn't quite work even at higher doses and that I really don't like the bitter after taste.

So basically I'm going to tip toe my way around asking for the next in line of strength

My doctor is trusting - which medication(s) can I likely upgrade to, what should I, and why?

This is in Canda by the way, and after 3 months of on and off use of imovane

Imovane is very similar to Stillnox in Aus.(Zolpiderm) ambien in the US. Ive used and abused both stillnox and imovane, and Stllnox is much better, i find it stronger and easier to sleep after. And most importantly it doesn't have the extremely vile and sickening after taste that plague's you for hours on end. Talk to your doc. about Stillnox, i find doctors are more inclined to perscribe it over Imovane.
