IMO and props

I don't know where to find the answer to this, but can someone tell me what IMO stands for? Seen it a lot and can't figure it out. Also, what does green lighter mean?

Also, can someone maybe tell me what all the different highlighted colored posts mean, the two clowns before the title, there are icons. Is there some ky somewhere? I don't really now how to navagate the site too well.

greenlighter is some who has under 50 posts. once you get to 50(ish) posts, you become a bluelighter.

as for the two columns, the first column indicates the status the thread (open/closed, whether or not you posted, popularity) and the second column is a post icon that doesn't really mean anything.

 

Oh sweet, haha once I posted the green lighter ? I saw the "blue lighter FAQ" and realize "I'm a green lighter!!" lol.. Thanks for the info!
