Immune to 2c-e

I have read so many wonderful reports about 2c-e. Taken orally, it is a highly visual psychedelic with very smooth come up, and a high level of lucidity. I have taken a dose of 10mg orally, and 16 mg orally, both on an empty stomach. Both times I have not experienced OEV's or even pronounced CEV's. At the 16mg dose, almost every report has stated moderate amounts of both (CEV,OEV) being present, so I can't help but wonder if I'm immune to 2c-e, or if I have done something wrong.:(
 
have you tried 2ce from a different source yet? also somtimes with 2ce i dont get many visuals untill around 20mg, sometimes you also are tolerant to some compounds than others but you need to try other 2ce from different sources to confirm that imo. i have had legit 2ci before which was kinda weak visually and then i got some from a different source and it was almost like some 2ce visually so purity does vary. you havent done anything wrong that i can tell so far. are you on and ssris's?
 
I don't take any medication. But Maybe I will bump up to 20mg next time. Echo (2c-e) has been known to be very sensitive to dosage. And as for the purity, everything else that was tested from the same source, reacted as expected.

Like goinsane said, id try 20 -25mg. That should hit you pretty well

Indeed it will. first time i tried it i took 32mg. That was such a beautiful day, nonstop spiraling fractals and introspection like a strong LSD trip
 
2c-e seems to have quite a steep dosage response curve. Some only find it worthwhile at 25mg+, others are content with 15.
To me, 2c-e tends to be astonishingly insignificant below 20mg and quite the opposite at 25mg.
 
Maybe its your powder? Theres much falsified or cut 2C-E around.

Personally I can take care of my needs with 5mg and I'm on a rolling +3 with 10mg.
 
Have you performed a reagent test (mecke, marquis etc) test? You should have felt SOMETHING at those doses. It seems like you may have bunk material.
 
Yea something must be up with the 2C-E. I have taken 2C-E twice and it has genuinely changed my life. Made me quit pretty everything except cannabis and phys and I feel great for it.

Some people are phenethylamine "hard heads" who need up to 2x the usual dosage to get good effects. Titrate slowly up and yu'll know.
 
^ i am one of those. for me, i find 28mg of 2C-E was the highest i could go due to the negative physical effects, and yet i had experiences similar to what some of my friends experienced at 17-22mg.

if 16mg isnt hitting you, try 22mg. the dose-response curve gets fairly steep past 20mg, and i wouldnt suggest a 16->25mg jump. try 22mg, and if your chemical is at all active, youll feel it. you can always redose at the 1.5hr mark if needed (generally youll peak by 1.5hrs, or right after you finish puking your guts out, whichever occurs first)
 
You may also want to try a diffrent ROA. Plugging and insufulating are ways to get around rediculouse high doses orally.
For example, in my experience, I normally dose at ~50mg orally , I know this a heavy dose, but with just insufulating ~15mg my trip will be more visual and all around more intense. Im ok with really high doses in regards to body load, but the higher doses just seem to waste my material. The down side to insufulating is that your nose will burn like no other, but for me atleast, once Im shot into hyperspace ( takes 15-20 min) I completely ignore all pain and enjoy my trip.

Well, other than the lack of visuals, how is the trip? Do you feel anything? Mood lift, change in thinking, altered consciousness, music sounds better, food tastes better, etc? Some people just don't really get visuals on certain psychedelics no matter how much they take. There's more to psychedelics than simply the visual aspects.
