Ink splatters across the page
Words form…scatter and reform
Punctuation attacks them and forces them to march in an orderly fashion.
A landscape of black and white pulls across the sheets
Each page carries the motif, evolving the scene
Props and background form from black scars on the page
A setting is strewn about.
Characters are drawn in,
Some sharp, and commandingly etched into place;
Others a muddled mix blending into the background like a sketch of a shadow,
Of no consequence or requirement, yet.
A cascade of letters falls over the room,
A dialogue changing views and interpretations,
A black smear across a simple white page.
Action, destruction, power and rage – The inky unknown and criminal
In a stark contrast to the serenity that preceded the author’s arrival.
The previously pristine page is left unnoticed as the writing defaces and takes precedence.
The story, a thesis of someone’s thoughts – perhaps a conglomeration of several minds expressed in unity.
A written confession.
A history of what was seen and heard, the evidence of … of what?
