Hahaha not so stunning when its a raining day, we're int clouds crawling unable to see a thing n told before there's a 2,000 foot drop if you slip lol. Still was a gorgeous day even tho twas raining.
We called in an activity centre called Nant B H (or however it's spelt lol).

Was a lovely week there tho, doing lots of out-door persuits like canoeing, rock-climbing n artificial skiing lol.

I'm an alien invader, Evey. Sasnaeg by birth but do have some Welsh ancestry so not a complete interloper. Family's from South Wales though and not sure that actually counts as Wales. Probably not for you folk up there in the north where Wales really is Wales. Apparently. I'm in the middle bit which is definitely very Welsh. Also very pretty. A bit shit if you have no transport though - that's my only real major gripe with living here. Does seem a shame I don't make more use of the local facilities such as they are - all that outdoors stuff I don't do. Bet I'd enjoy it to but it always seems it would be incredibly expensive to do most of the activities unless it was a one-off thing now and then maybe. No that would still be pricey - it's not even that easy to walk here cos you have to drive to get to the designated walky bits (trails and the like) and the farmers don't take kindly to traipsing through their fields and eyeing up their sheep.

I went to Snowdonia with the school in 1994 n went mounteering on The Devil's kitchen. That was an ace day, was that.

Yeah we climbed Devil's Kitchen after having lunch by Lyn Idwal the day after that photo was taken. I had just got clean after a period of pretty hardcore drug abuse and all my friends were really angry because I was miles fitter than them despite having done nothing over the preceeding couple of years except work and inject smack/stimulants. Practically had to push the cunts up at stages, felt like the drill serant out of Full Metal Jacket....'you WILL go up that fucking hill!'. Probably the most beautiful place I've ever been in the UK. Haven't got any shots of it uploaded to the net unfortunately but here's a few others from the trip in general:
