Yeah sonicwhite, it's just not worth it for you. Think about how horrific your psychosis was, and if smoking cannabis brings it on, then a wrong move could bring it back worse basically...is taking MDMA really a good idea? Especially on your cocktail of meds, with three having interactions with the MDMA - it's just too much of a gamble. Plus, with your meds at the moment you probably won't even have a good roll at all, if you even feel it. And dosing high and redosing will both increase your risks in all areas basically. So you'd be taking a large risk for very minimal gains basically.
When you've got work to do on your mental health, it's always the smart thing to focus purely on that, and to not do anything that could hinder your progress - this means no drugs unfortunately. It sucks, but it's just the way it's gotta be until you're better. You'll also enjoy your recreational drug taking experiences a LOT more when your head is better - one of the many perks of recovering fully both physically and mentally
Do you enjoy exercise? I really didn't, until I forced myself to work out hard for a while. I never exercised and now I can't go without it. Try it, because exercise is an important tool for all of us, especially when you've partied a lot at your body's expense. You owe it to work to repair your body and look after it.
Healthy eating too - gotta be done. It's vital. I'll PM you a link to these nutrition seminars. They're actually really interesting and easy to follow, and makes you automatically want to eat a healthier and more balanced diet. You should try this too...make it a priority actually if you haven't already. Exercise and healthy eating is so good for not only your long and short term physical health, but your mental health as well. Oh and sleep too. Regular patterns and get out in the sun for a while! Go for walks outside. Nature is good for your mood and your stress levels.
Behave yourself for a while sonicwhite, and you'll feel much better
