Zopiclone 30mg + 2mg Clonaz + Alcohol + 1mg Etizolam

Understand this is a ridiculous combination, but this is what I've taken over the course of today. I usually rely solely on Zopiclone to combat my anxiety disorder/panic attacks but today has been particularly difficult for me.

Over the course of the day I'vet taken (since early morning) approx. 30mg Zozpiclone (this is what usually numbs my anxiety). It didn't, so I decided to take 2mg Clonazepam in the afternoon. Not sure if this helped to be honest. I then got home and started drinking. 3x Stella cans and 5 glasses of Prosecco. I then found some Etizolam which I bought approx. 2 years ago (possible expired by now). Took 1mg Etizolam with 20mg Teva Diazaepam. You'd think I'd be flat on my ass by now, but I still feel focused (enough to have a cigarette and a swig on my Stella. Pah!).

Am I going to fuck up with RSN depression? Kinda worried. I have a high-tolerance to benzo/hypnotics. I use them everyday with or without alcohol. (Wish I didn't have to, don't we all?).

Would appreciate some advice if anyone is out there?

Shall I shove a couple of cups of strong coffees down my neck or just ride it out?

Thanks in advance for any help on this particular situation :-)

I think ride it out and dom't stress your heart further with caffeine.

Zopiclone is highly addictive. 30mg in a day is a massive dose. It is probably causing a degree of anxiety, rather than relieving it, at that dose. I hope you can start to gradually reduce it and manage your anxiety. Try living for a day at a time until you're well along with the reduction.
