I'm new - on maintenance prescription - anyone else?

I'm on a maintenance prescription that has made recovery from heroin possible for me. I want to be clean from all drugs but still struggle. I feel strongly that harm reduction is so important. No one taught me a anything and I just destroyed my arm and my spirit. I'm hopeful and try every day. Does anyone else struggle with other drugs while on maintenance prescriptions (methadone or suboxone)?
