I'm 41. Stated shooting up at 16. Been hooked on heroin on and off for a few years. I switch back n forth from subs to dope. Currently been on dope for a few weeks. 3 days ago I tried kicking cold turkey. Did not go well. After 48 hours I literally wanted to die. I can't do it. I need help. I'm sick of this fucking life man. I don't wanna be on subs anymore either. I been researching what to use to help thru withdrawals and it's just overwhelming. Can someone please tell me how and what will work best. I'm thinking Imodium ad, vitamin c (megadosing) and Tylenol PM. Want some formula that simple. I Read here that OTC meds just won't work. Help me out guys.....I need to do this ASAP!!! Thank you...

Hi there and welcome to the site.

We do have a sober living section where people talk about these sorts of things - you can find it here. Another option that I would suggest is pop into EADD, say hello and ask for help. There are a few people in that section that have been addicted to H and will be able to offer you some help.
