I hope your withdrawal is going as well as it can, although I know it sucks ass, you'll get through the worst of it before you know it, and you are going to feel so much better once you get through your physical addiction.

And pregabalin is a gabapentinoid drug, it is used for neuropathic pain and anxiety relief, it's basically a fairly strong sedative, but it's not a benzodiazepine.

Also, we don't really discuss prices of drugs here, so I edited that part out of your post.

Thanks and yes, I can't wait to get through the trees as they say and be over the worst of it! Ahhh I see, so is pregabalin an opiate then? (Presume so). Was told they would help my WD but to be careful!

No, it's not an opiate. It's a gabapentinoid, which is a small class of sedative drugs that works on calcium channels. Largely they are anticonvulsants, and used for neuropathic pain. The other related drugs are gabapentin, phenibut, and baclofen.

But still, definitely tread with caution, as it can be a pretty strong sedative, so please don't mix it with any opioids or other sedatives. This raises the risk for respiratory depression
