im new and I need help

I am on mirtazipine lagactil and valiuim im wanting to withdraw mirtazipine then valiuim is it okay to have lagactil while withdrawing these drugs I heard being on lagactil was not good while comming off drugs im stuck on three ....im scared about lagactil it makes me dizzy while im on valiuim
Any help will be great
