Just reading posts and relating! I personally would take any of the three benzos Ativan, Xanax , or Valium . I've built up my tolerance to Ativan so it takes at least 3-4 for me to feel it.....my friend gives me 1 mg of Xanax so I take 1.5-2 of that and if I get Valium I need a min of 10 mg to feel it. My docs and family thinks I only take the Ativan but changing it up works better. I hear about the horrible withdrawals but frankly I don't plan on ever going off...... Some days I only need a couple, somedays more! I have anxiety n been to therapy and antidepressants but the benzos are the only thins that relax me, help me sleep and some days just give me a nice good buzz!!! Love them.....I need these chill pills, too late to quit now and I don't want to anyway!! Nice to be here?
