Okay so long story short I;'m sorta a predicament here. I get Kpins from my PA who wont presricribe xanax And then I got to my phsyciatarst who just prescribed me xanax. And I know that they are both benzos. And I know myp haramcy wont prescribe me both of the benzos xanax while I already have a script of Kpins (correct)?

So I want to know how I would be able to fill one of my Xanax prescription, since my noraly pharamcy is already prescribing ne clonaezepam. Do I just go to a different town with a different doctor and don't use my insurance to pay for it? Or what do I do, I don't know what my options are. I know my friend was able to do this, but she was prscribe xanax twice by the same doctor (because the person forgot they prescribed it the first time) and she said she just went to different pharamacies and didnt use the insurance card.

Im doing this because I want to try to see if Xanax will work for me instead of the Kpins. But if I tell my PA that he will lower my does of Kpin, which isn't what I want necause if the xanax that he doesn't know about doesn't work, then I just want to stick with my Kpins.

P.S. - I remember before I was prescribed klonopin there was someone who sold prscription of xanax and he had atleast 3 different bottles from difference pharamices each time with his name,

Thank you very much,
I heard Xanax is better for my condition as well, I just dont know.

you can just go to a different pharmacy and pay out of pocket (don't use insurance card)

however, i was prescribed to two different benzos at the same time (diazepam and temazepam) and never had a problem getting them filled at the same pharmacy...

That's a good idea. And benzos, unless I am mistaken, are not all that expensive.

You might respond better to alprazolam (Xanax). I made the switch from clonazepam (Klonpin) because it was too long-lasting. I'm always bouncing around from place to place, and I quickly realized that I just could not drive after taking my Klonopin. Xanax, on the other hand, allowed me enough time between doses to drive around and do whatever I had to do.

... Then I quit taking Xanax, and I experienced a grand mal seizure. (Not fun!)

In the guidelines it states that questions about the legality of filling scripts isn't allowed and this is basically doctor shopping and BL isn't here to help you do that.
