sounds like you really just have to do it for your family.
i think some common responses would be to remove all your dealers from your phone and avoid any one that uses.. i don't know if there's a lot you can do... if you are the type that prays or think it might help to take it up, go for that, or meditation/yoga, both things kind of going in the same direction.
i'd probably stay away from drinking too... the longer you don't do any drugs, the better you'll probably feel... not something i've totally tried myself cause i pretty consistently use pot, but i have some benefits cutting alcohol out of my life... i hear some people say getting sober and getting in the habbit of exercising can be great if you can get over the boredom... you shouldn't really be too bored with your job and family. i don't know. maybe someone else has some tips. there are a lot of people trying to get over being on drugs for years on this board.
i'm guessing you are fatigued from not using meth if it's anything like using coffee or adderall for extended periods and then stopping, maybe once you get over that if you aren't on a perfect sleep schedule, go for a run after work, chill out with your family and eat some food while the high of the run wears off and usually people are ready for a good nights sleep after that... idk, people all like different types of exercise. good to at least get into something. i go for walks over running or jogging, but my back is messed up and i'm a lazy ass pot head and that puts me to sleep. sometimes a good run/job will help people with a good nights sleep though.. you just got to find a way to get on schedule.. maybe a med from a doctor or something whether it be for sleeping on schedule or anti-depressants to get you motivated. sometimes going for stimulants gets people to abuse their script and relapse, but doing it legally is probably also a better option. i have some hope certain people can get through this stuff with out meds though.
