To the person who DMed me. I can't send you a message back until u clear ur in box. I know this post will probably be shut down, but the person was a newbie(not even has one post, I tried to find one) and they need advice. I apologize for starting this thread, but I don't think they know this. So if you see this thread clear ur inbox,& then dm me.

Next time, please if you want to get in touch with someone in this kind of situation.. or if any situation arises, PM a staff member, make a post in support, etc, rather than make a public thread on an HR focus forum that now needs to be closed.

Please do not use OD in this way. There are a lot of important topics people want/need to share here, so it's not cool to make pointless threads that clog up the forum, and bump real threads down the list.
