Hey man, you are going to have to read about the rules for the whole of Bluelight, and for here, as each place has its own rules, but alot of them are common...

'The Cannabis Discussion Guidelines' are here -

http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/482207-READ-BEFORE-POSTING-Cannabis-Discussion-Guidelines

And this one is worth reading too -

'Welcome to Bluelight & new member introductions guidelines', which is found here-

http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/396377-Welcome-to-Bluelight-amp-NMI-Guidelines

Basically tho, no prices anywhere, no asking where drugs are (sourcing) you can ask about your addiction tho, and ask for help..No one is here to help you find drugs.

I hope this helps.

I'm no expert about this, but I have seen many people have had health issues from smoking synthetic cannabis, I tried it once and had bad reactions including massive heart rate increase and other things I cant recall now, but I just felt very weird off it, I didn't want to ever try it again, and I haven't since. It's illegal here now, so I couldn't buy it anyway. I enjoy cannabis and used to smoke it alot, but I moved away to a new area with no friends or contacts and now many years later I have met people who can get it, but I prefer to go without, I don't mind going without, I did find it hard to sleep for a while without it, but I got over it. I save alot more money now from not buying it, but I still do smoke it once every now and then if a friend has some, but I generally don't miss it. I found when i used to smoke it, that I couldn't resist smoking more and more, so it was good for me to get away from it and stop for prolonged periods. I think it has helped me to concentrate on other issues and feelings and such, instead of just being a stoned person all the time.

But I read there are many people who also do enjoy smoking synthetic cannabis, but I would personally be careful. I know it can be boring not smoking sometimes after you are used to doing it for a while, but the feeling goes after a while and you move on. It will always come around again at another point.

thank you very much indeed.

I can identify with you, since I moved to live in a very religious country (even though I'm not).

I've been used to seeing movies and TV series, one of Marihuan fumandome always, and now when I go to see a movie I get discouraged.

because really, I'm glad to see people like you.

thanks.

Yeah I would find that very tough too, I'm not religious and I actually don't like it much at all, I have met some decent religious people (mainly some buddhists and a Jew or two) but so many aspects of religion shit me and I really dislike how some of them come knocking on my door and use kids and girls with an older man or woman to try and talk to me about it or give me stuff to read, I know where the churches are if I wont to go, so leave me alone.

Hopefully you find some cool people to hang out with over there sometime.

PS) No disrespect to any religious people out there who read this.

Why are you grilling him when he's here asking for help? His post was well within the bounds of the rules.

OP:

It is easy to become psychologically dependent / addicted / habitually reliant on marijuana. However, the effects of chronic or heavy marijuana use though long lasting are not permanent. Take as long of a break as you can and you will realize you are slowly becoming more like yourself!

Hey OP i'm 22 and have been a daily smoker for the last 4 years. Two days ago I decided that i'm done smoking weed everyday. I'm having at least a month off (if not more) and perhaps after that I will set aside a day every week of fortnight where I will enjoy the herb. As of now though I'm pretty sick of just smoking myself silly everyday and not really doing much. There's so much I haven't done in life and I feel that I smoke pot to make myself feel alright about this. I'm not saying every smoker is like me & I really do appreciate what I've learnt from the herb but enough is enough. There are people who can smoke a ton and get their shit done but I've come to the conclusion that I'm not one of them. Good luck with quitting and no offence to all the pot smokers!

balance is the kEY!!!

with everything in life balance is the KEY, remember this and you will always enjoy your weed and other guilty pleasures...
Cheers!

Did you notice he edited his post? It wasn't just on this forum he broke the rules he had done it in another area as well, I pointed OP to here (CD) and wasn't grilling him at all, I was simply pointing out the guidelines.

He edited his post accordingly and I also posted in relation to his question and conversed with him in a general manner after that initial post of mine.

I smoked for 3-4 years daily, when I was between 16 and 20. Now I'm 25 and I had sleeping disorders also after 1 year of non smoking. It's like I can't remember how to fall asleep ^^
Don't know if it was the drugs, but I could imagine.

Not sure, I smoked cannabis daily for 15+ years then when I quit I had issues sleeping, but it was short term, after a while I went back to sleeping easy with no drugs. Now I still hardly smoke any cannabis except on rare occasions and I have no problems sleeping.

I find when I don't smoke weed I dream alot, or I can remember my dreams, and when I smoke I can't recall them at all, ever. And it takes a few weeks after I have not smoked weed for my dreams to come back to being able to be recalled and very vivid. They nearly always include old friends or family, or pets I have had in the past. Kind of weird, but I really enjoy the dreams when I haven't been smoking any weed for along time, they are never bad dreams, always fun, sometimes involving drugs, or parties, or at houses doing normal stuff like eating a lunch with family or friends, all sorts of stuff.

You know, I've never understood how that works. My dreams are no different in content or frequency regarding my substance abuse... the only thing that I've ever noticed alter my dream content is melatonin. When I take melatonin, the dreams get slightly weirder but I find myself noticing every little detail and able to recall them indefinitely. I mean, I remember dreams I had last week, and even some of the more memorable ones from years and years ago (not the dates or order I experienced them in, just the content).

The melatonin's got me dreaming more frequently about family members and friends I haven't seen in a long time too, just like your dreams when you're abstaining from weed, poledriver.

I wish there were big money and a bigger job field in oneirology. I think I'd love studying everything about dreaming for a living.

Yeah dreams can be very interesting hey, someone told me ages ago if you are good at it or know what to do you can pre program your dreams to include things that you wont to dream about and see and do in them, I have no idea if this is or was true, but it always kind of intrigued me. I love dreaming and being able to remember them.

Yeaaaaaahhhhhhhhh. Right and i'm addicted to reeses peices and sour patch kids..metaphorically of course i really am which makes weed "addiction" pale in comparison.

Take some dyphenhydramine, or nyquill to help you sleep.

I pretty much won't stop smoking because it's safer and less addicting than my much-preffered alternative.

Good luck though man, just takes a little while for the weed to flush out, but once it does, your golden.

Ive smoked for 4-5 years everyday, and I only smoke kind bud and a lot of it %), I can never imagine running out just for a little bit, but if I have to quit I can. Its all in your head, the first couple days will suck, but you will get through it. ;) benzo, and opiate addiction that's when it can get rough.
