ah yes the wonders of wikipedia. i don't think trying to force a compound such as loperamide into your brain is a good idea. there are plenty of receptors for it outside of the brain. it works fine without a handful of black pepper mate.

i know im'ing isnt ideal, but it isnt that bad. youll definately get well you just have to do a little more to get high, but it will last longer, you dont get the rush but the legs are longer

IM heroin is not safe. You will almost certainly get an abscess or some other kind of bacterial infection. There is really no benifit to IM'ing it anyway.. There's no rush, it will last about as long as sniffing, and it probably doesn't absorb that much more than insufflation or rectal administration would anyway.. so just put it up your nose, or plug it. DO NOT I.M HEROIN.

I agree withi Znegative.. avoid IMing heroin. I was surpsied he said the bioavailability probably was near that of sniffing or plugging; I had figured it was 100% like IVing.. but apparently it;'s not.

No idea about heroin, but for morphine stuffing it up your ass is as efficient as taking it orally. Thus I would assume it's the same with heroin.

If you can get heroin, I would ASSUME that you could easily get other opiates, i.e. Oxycodone. Like one user said up above, if you're not willing to plug then don't bother. Personally, I don't think the risk is worth trying to IM heroin.

Why would you assume that? Where I live, it's much easier to get brown sugar heroin than morphine in ampoules for an average addict (99% of them have never seen morphine, not to mention that shitty OxyContin that has entered our market recently is bloody expensive compared to morphine, it totally doesn't pay off unless someone wants to take it orally).

Well, it's hard to get by marihuana if you don't know anyone smoking it or dealing it. Dealers here are NOT venturesome. Just because I know people selling their methadone from MMT, I could get amphetamine, methamphetamine, cocaine, brown heroin, various methcathinone derivatives, and some unknown powders mostly containing piperazines. If you ask them about ketamine, they answer "what is ket... what?". The same goes for MDMA in powder, they just know the name "ecstasy pills" but these pills don't contain a single molecule of MDMA... Paradox, but if you shoot up heroin, you can't get marihuana, ketamine, MDMA, and so on in my country without other contacts. In London I didn't have to wait 5 minutes in certain places to be asked "what do you need?".

If she lives in a place where she can get/afford it. Legally or illegally. But if she can get heroin off the street then I guess there should be no problem getting methadone off the street.

The only reason why you couldn't get it easily would be methadone in pills so MMT participants can't earn as much selling it as they could if they had syrup and could add water (let's be honest, if they're selling methadone, then they must have some serious money problem because methadone's relatively cheap compared to heroin in places I visited in Eastern Europe and Western Europe).

No idea about the US, the part of the world I will never visit for sure with the USA's visas politics. Anyway, (digression) people don't really want to come to the US now as job market is much less tempting than many European countries' and US dollar's value has gone down.

Just because heroin is abundant in your area does not mean methadone is going to be easily bought without a prescription or being on a mmt clinic. Sure some people might sell their methadone doses but the number is inconsequential compared to the number of heroin dealers and availability on the streets.

If you did find methadone for sale it would not be on the streets in an open air market, something New Jersey is famous for. If someone on mmt is selling their dose they are not going to be standing on a corner trying to sell it. It would get sold to a friend, someone at the clinic, someone they get high with... and if someone did actually take to the streets to sell their dose it is extremely rare. You wouldn;t get anywhere driving around Newark and asking heroin dealers where you can get methadone. They couldnt give a shit if it doesn;t involve money and them.

The only drug that is safe to assume you would easily have access to it if heroin is plentiful in your area is crack/cocaine. Heroin dealers are not going to be like hey uhh I got percs too incase you wanna buy 100 of them to get you as high as a 5 bags of dope lol..

Crack on the other hand is readily available on the streets. ARound here coke vials are popular which is cool b/c I dont fuck with crack
