Just touching base. I'm a "Freakin New Guy" on the site. My knees and feet are trashed from my days as a Navy corpsman attached to a Marine Corps weapons company in the infantry. So the VA rx's Tramadol for me and I take OTC naproxen or ibuprofen for pain. I also drank, cooked with, and bathed in highly toxic contaminated water at Camp Lejuene for two years. So I can expect my health to be steadily declining from now on. I am trying to get educated on the topics discussed here because it can't hurt and you never know, maybe someone has run across a new South America amazonian wonder plant that works great for situation. So that's my story and I'm stickin to it.
