I actually support law enforcement's efforts here. All around me I see younger people abusing increasingly exotic drugs. The statistics regards number of accidental drug deaths are also startling. It is stated there in the article that nearly 21,000 people a year are killed by prescription drugs. Think about this, 21,000 people... that is a truly staggering number.
Obviously cutting down on availability is going to cut down on use, I'm all for it. Internet ordering of drugs might in some respects be a better situation for all involved than going through traditional routes to obtaining drugs but it is clearly also attracting new users. This is bad for everybody except the dealers! If you can't get help through your regular doctor try a new doctor, try different techniques, try something, but please don't hurt yourself by "medicating" with insanely high doses or extended use.
