Illegal to carry testers on perth trains?!

It's illegal to carry any solvent on the train.....dang. It's a $1000 fine.
It's not such a biggie i guess, just another law we might have to break

Well I think its a good law because there will be less ppl sniffing glue and paint stripper on our trains

I guess you could try and explain having a tester kit and not a solvent....
