can you not put it in both forums? if i didnt already know about it, i wouldnt have ever seen it b.c i only go to the midwest forum.
 
If you read the first page, it looks as though people wanted it in the main forum.. and it really shouldn't be a bother to check this every now and again for an event in your state...
I have to moderate both of these forums, and even that doesn't take too long considering no one formats their event titles correctly
 
after reading the first four names on this lineup, i had to peel meself off the ceiling so i could call up ALL my peeps and let them know what their plans for the 16th-18th are...

Good news...

We've had some policy changes.

We've been able to negotiate access to some neighboring land. Soooooo, CAMPING IS NOW UNLIMITED! (Tents only. NO campers, RV's, or trailers)

Also....

Do to some persistance, I've managed to clear up a major issue for some people. The "ins/outs" policy has also been changed.

There are no INS / OUTS AFTER midnight on Saturday July 17th.

As for the event, everyday I regret more and more I can't make it. Somebody take some pics and post them for us, because this sounds "kooler than jesus".
