i would totally hit it up, but i can't stand linkin park... or the million lp kiddies that would be there harshin my buzz

Actually LP’s new cd is pretty electronic sounding. You should check it out. I’ve seen LP live twice now and they put on a pretty damn good show..... but I have to say I am WAY more excited to see Pendulum then anything else.

I just bought a discounted ticket! Really excited to see their live PA!

CONCERT REVIEW: We had an awesome time at the concert Wednesday night in Chicago. Linkin Park was really good as always. It was like a greatest hits concert. They played all their top tunes from the last 10 years then quite a few off their new album.

Pendulum was hands down awesome to see live! They were the reason I really wanted to go to this show. Then to my disappointment they only did a 30 minute set. I was like really??? 30 mintues??!!! They played some good tunes of their album that came out last year. The audience didn’t have a fucking clue who Pendulum was. The place felt dead during their performance even though they put on a good show and tired to get the audience to respond. It was kinda heartbreaking to see. Too bad none of Pendulums headlining tour dates include a show anywhere in or even near the Midwest area. I would have been a much happier person to have seen a full on set from them then just a 30 min tease. As for the opening band we missed them cause we got to the hotel kinda late, but we found out they too only played for 30min.

One really awesome thing about our trip was that we made a stop at Gramophone Record store. All the years I lived in Chitown, I had never been there. So Kyle and I dug through some creates for a bit and we both got some gems! I could spend all day in that store! I miss record shopping. :(

SO over all $85 for concert tickets to this show was a bit much, it was all worth it to get to see Pendulum. <3
