Headlining shows across the nation... from small dark clubs to massive outdoor festivals, always turning it out - it is here where you, the subterranean public may encounter The Monk...... the Mack-Of-All-Trades, dj/producer/artist and overall hustler of culture. One of the most versatile dj /vjs around, the Monk bangs out an audio-visual soundtrack of underground party music and video, that jumps from indie electro-dance house bangers, breaks, slamming disco-tech, and twisted techno, to dub step & drum and bass rinse-outs, the dreadlocked Monk punishes the crossfader as he works one track against another in a style that owes more to hip hop than to conventional club DJ'ing.

As one of the Founders of Rabbit in the Moon, Pimp Juice and Hallucination Records, Monk is a corner stone of the Southeastern U.S. Scene and has established himself as a devoted player in the Electronic Music Industry worldwide. Now breaking new ground with several innovative audio-visual projects, Monk has created a new solo career apart from R.I.T.M. Always ahead of the game, check out the custom live visual mayhem by Hallucination On Film, as Monk and VJ Berkeley mash up music video and freaky clips into a montage of audio visual chaos.

Amidst the countless DJs and producers working in the burgeoning Chicago house scene, Santiago and Bushido stand apart from the rest with their unique blend of tech-tinged house beats and killer remixes that are becoming quite the sought-after commodity. Since teaming up as a production duo in 2003, Chris Santiago and Tim Bush have dropped numerous EPs and remixes on some of the most well respected labels around including Potty Mouth, Om, Ultra, and have generated a significant following in the process. Their unique sound and flawless DJ sets have helped establish Santiago & Bushido as one of the premier acts in dance music today.

Their track “Head Trick” was one of the true dance anthems of 2008, a major crossover success receiving play and charting from many of the globe's top DJs such as Moby, DJ Tiesto, Switch, Armin Van Buren, and Diplo. Head Trick was the single most downloaded song in January 2008, and the 8th most downloaded of the entire year on Beatport.com, the world's top online site for electronic music. Santiago & Bushido followed the success of Head Trick with a number of critically acclaimed releases and remixes including a massive remix of Kaskade's No. 1 Billboard hit single “Move For Me”, a reworking of Larry Tee's “Louis Vuitton,” and their original single “Can't Be Wrong” which was licensed to numerous compilations such as Ministry of Sound.

Their collaboration with Om recording artist Colette entitled “Make Me Feel,” was released in spring of 2009 and quickly became a summer anthem with its chugging tech groove and sultry vocal hooks. “Make Me Feel” again saw S&B to the #1 spot on Beatport's electro sales and was charted by many top DJs including David Guetta, Moby and Kaskade. In addition to belting out club tracks Santiago and Bushido worked with Colette on her artist album "Push" for which they wrote and produced multiple songs including the album's single, "If," which was licensed for an episode of Real World for "MTV" and can also be purchased as a ringtone from Verizon. Future projects include collaborations with Green Velvet.

As DJs, Santiago & Bushido continue to draw influence from their Chicago house background while applying harder and heavier elements to their sound. Santiago & Bushido are regularly headlining and appearing at some of the best parties in the US and beyond including Avalon (LA), Decibel Festival (Seattle), and Bed (Miami). Recent shows have them playing alongside some of the hottest talent around today such as Deadmau5, Crookers and Kaskade. Their 2009 dates include a multi-city tour in Australia, multiple trips to Europe, and regular gigs throughout North America.

“These two guys are bringing the heat with a refreshing twist on the jacking sounds of the underground, Chicago new school at it's finest... respect.” - Kaskade

This year proves anything is possible. Alumni of Illinois State Juvenile Detention Center, Tolgar & p.m. proudly join forces. Tolgar brings this outfit a wave of credibility demonstrated by his ground breaking releases "A New Take On You" and "Transistor Radial"; tracks that shook the very foundation of electro sound all of last year. On the other end, p.m. celebrated 2009 with a series of eclectic mix compilations (Sextape, Propr, & Rollercoaster) that were the toast of Chicago’s underground. Out on bail, living life with utter disregard, and taking no prisoners: Chicago's own, "Plastic Fangs" - Prepare to be smitten by the next big thing in Chicago's underground.

Theo G started banging out house parties featuring a Tech-House Live PA in the mid to late 90s under the name "Analogik". In 2001 Theo G switched gears, embraced digital mixing and blew up on the underground scene. Over the past decade, Theo G has fluctuated through all types of house music before recently finding a home rocking the dirtiest fidget, wobble and electro house out there. With his flawless mixing, filthy attitude and appetite for destruction on the dance floor Theo G rocks the house time and time again.

I stand corrected... That last event you guys did looked pretty good. Very nice production, although the talent could have been beefed up a little.

This event looks GREAT!

hope to see the same lights & sound setup ;)

That party was at the congress theater... Its a great venue, holds a shit ton of people and has the power and grid to do just about anything in imagination... unfortunately the local chicago scene has major issues with the house and the security because everyone is spoiled on illegal undergrounds so they would rather have small parties in non-policed venues than have to keep their shit on the DL...

*Bump* - Gonna be releasing a trailer this week ------ and we're working on a new virgin venue thats sure to please - its a real slick place ;)
