I'm thinking about picking this up for a metabolism boost. I work out 3x a week and eat a lot of healthy food. I am not perfect on my diet but considering my muscle mass, the amount of exercise I get and the fact that I don't eat fries and other crap I should be getting close to my goal weight. I have actually gone up a kilo. My waistline looks slimmer, but I doubt I could have put on that much muscle mass that fast without a steroid.

That being said, I'm thinking about IGF-1 because it doesn't look as harmful as other anabolics and is legal in most places. Is it a very effective for weight loss or muscle gain? Does it have the same risks and testosterone? I know some assholes that used to be my best friends before they started doing steroids with the firemen at the local gym. Now they are both jackasses. I do not want to end up like them, but I would love a nice boost to my performance. I am already muscular but I do have a constant fight to keep fat off, could it help with that?
 
I have to point out a few things - IGF1 LR3 is NOT a steroid. Insulin like growth factor is what HGH converts into (a peptide) .

IGF will not melt fat off you - it does make my muscle bellies fuller and provides me with a tighter look. I have to say this - as far as your friends (the firemen) - if they are acting like assholes chances are it is because they have a little 6th grade club thinking they are now big shits because they are running gear. Anabolic / androgenic steroids certainly affect ones attitude - but if you cannot control a basic cycle emotionally you have NO reason to use them.

As far as your situation, please post your diet and your exact workout routine - this is where we can start. As far as supplements - look into making a ECA (ephedrine caffeine aspirin) as a fat burner , down the road you may consider clenbuteral (but I still to this day after using clen multiple times say a good ECA is as good / close with almost zero sides compared to clen). Steer clear of DNP , that is for people on stage only.

You seem like a good guy, I'm glad to help you in anyway I can but this post does not offer enough information - steroid / peptides at this point are not the right method. The gains you can make naturally in a matter of a couple of month are amazing with a little dedication and sacrifice. The choice is yours, I am here if you would like help / have questions.
 
I have used many mgs of igf and I would save the money. It works well as a glucose disposal agent, and you may get better pumps from it, and water retention, but don't expect appreciable muscle gain or fatloss. It's popular because it's legal. That being said, it is probably worse for you than real gh. Many people attribute the increase in abdomen size ( ie organ growth) in modern bodybuilders to igf abuse. It's just not worth it.

Legit steroids (test, deca, eq, dbol) are safe of used correctly, but they won't help with fat loss either. If you are dieting hard, they may help spare muscle wasting, but they do not burn fat. HGH will get you leaner over time, but it's expensive and can take a long time before you see results. Best idea for fat burning is move more, eat less. Ephedrine and clen will help with both, being stims and appetite suppressive. T3 works great, but it will eat muscle too.

As far as attitude, steroids only make assholes bigger assholes. I am actually more relaxed and easy going on the sauce than off. Testosterone is a proven anti-deppresant.
 
If you want to use a legal peptide, i would do a ghrp-6, cjc-1295 combo, 100mcg of each, 3x per day. They force the pituitary to release extra gh. I have been using this combo for many months now, after a couple of years on generic Chinese hgh. I would compare this combo to running ~3iu of gh per day. Much cheaper though.

Get your diet in check and get your ass on the stair-master if you want weight to come off. GH, Clen, and ECA are of no use to you.
 
IGF is shit IMHO. It's the cause of the turtle shell looking abdomens in body building these days. Aside from causing growth of muscle it causes internal organs to grow as well as an increase in viseral fat.

Do yourself a favor and run a 10 - 15 week cycle of Testosterone Ethanate with proper PCT and OCT.
