The new website is only one of many improvements to come within the next few months. Although I am aware of the problems mentioned here on bluelight you should know that these represent only a very small portion of the total amount of orders that we process. Unfortunately, happy customers does not start a thead here...
I get a lot of tests sent back to me because people do not pick them up at the post office or they have supplied the wrong address. For instance, one guy lived in florida and had me send the package to a maryland address. Then he started to complain about it... There's really not much I can do about this kind of thing... To reassure you: All issues are dealt with and are resolved in an amicable manner.
