If you had access to your own personal pharmacy ...

If you had access to your own personal pharmacy that you (and only you) could get drugs from, but it could only contain ONE substance, what would it be?

If other words, you have a magical walk in pharmacy room that you can go into at any time you want to take out as much of this drug as you like from an infinite supply, what would that drug be? Bearing in mind that once you've chosen, it's all you can ever get out of this special 'theoretical' pharmacy, it's the only drug you can ever have free access to. This pharmacy has shelf upon shelf upon shelf of masses of your drug (and any required paraphernalia, syringes, pipes, whatever).

I shall start off by saying that mine would be pharmaceutical grade 500mg diamorphine ampoules (pure heroin).

How about everyone else?:)
 
I want to say oxycodone IR, but oxycodone is just not sedating enough and sometimes its speediness isn't appreciated. I'll have to say oxymorphone IR... yeah, definitely oxymorphone IR.

Nice. Yeah sedation is a big must for me, hence the choice.

What in the world pharmacy carries diamorphine. Its Schedule I. But of course I would choose it if this is an illegal pharmacy.

Actually here in the UK diamorphine is stocked in LOTS of pharmacies as it is a Schedule II (Class A without prescription) POM substance that is commonly prescribed in terminal cases. It comes in both 10mg tablets and 5, 10, 30, 100 & 500mg ampoules.

I know it's not in the US, but it is here in the UK. And I asked the question :) So it's available in my pharmacy.

So thats what pure heroin looks like, I never even knew that pharmacies carried it. I dont use needles so it would be out of the question for me. As far as me choosing my fav, I havent even tried half the stuff most of you have tried so I dont know if me choosing hydrocodone is well accepted but that is my choice for now.

Do they make the Diamorphine Hydrochloride into tablets?
