Mepergan fortis. It worked so well with the promethazine already mixed in I never got sick, but they discontinued it about 5 years ago. It was meperdine and promethazine, and I never had to take more than two to get significant pain relief even when I had kidney stones. Nowadays I have to take my promethazine separately and some of the brand's don't work as well as others.

I'd trade in my oxycodone ir, oxymorphone ir, and fentanyl patches for a regular prescriptions of mepergan fortis. Heck it worked better than hydromorphone even.

do you IV?

the malinkrodts were always my favorite for IV, they dissolved up so clean and hit so hard. K9s always seemed like A215s....real gunky and required rinses to get everything....for some reason the first rinse after the initial shot was usually just as strong as the first shot

I liked the V's because when you draw up the shot its a bright turqouse color


My vote would have to be: KETAMINE VIALS KETAMINE VIALS and dilaudids. Some Desoxyn (Methamphetamine tablets too!!!)
