VERY interesting thread.
Picking JUST ONE drug of choice is SO HARD since there are so many good choices. Esp. having an unlimited supply. Geez! Um...

I'll list my top 5 in order, so obviously the 1 I'll choose would be the drug on top of my list.

1. Oxycodone 30mg IR
2. Methadone 40mg wafers
3. Opana 40mg ER
4. Clonazepam 2mg
5. Diazepam 10mg

Yeah, that's about right. I wouldv'e def. put OxyContin 80mg on the very top of my list, but ever since they changed the formulation and made them 'OP's, they have lost my interest.
Even when taken orally, these newer OP's are not nearly as euphoric as the classic OC's.
The new OC's now to many addicts have either moved on to Roxy's (my number 1 choice) or Heroin.
 
If you had access to your own personal pharmacy ...

... then I'd start my own lab, legally synthesizing all these endlessly amazing new possible psychoactives (novel antidepressants, anxiolytics, treatments for all kind of serious disorders etc) that are either in slow development or get shelved off due to possible abuse concerns, because they did not behave well in stupidly retarded animal tests or just fall through the statistics because they only work for fraction of sufferers.

Working with doctors, graduates & clinics to do real trials of them & allow the individuals responding to them to instantly benefit from the ongoing research.

But the world is not the nice place it could be. :( I like to dream though. Sometimes simple things could be actually so overly simple that nobody thinks of them ;)
 
I was reading other peoples choices, and saw some posts saying 'they dont have crystal meth at the pharmacy'
Although that's true, but they DO have Desoxyn, which is Methamphetamine. Even though they only come in 5mg tablets, you still do have an 'unlimited supply ;)
I'm personally Not a fan of uppers. I hate the way they make you 'come down' after every single time you use.
Not to mention they kill your appetite and gives you insomnia that can last days. Severe depression that can last for days. They're just nasty.
With benzos and opiates, you don't lose sleep or appetite, instead they make your food taste better and give you some of the best sleep you ever had.
Not to mention the euphoria you get from benzos and opiates. They also don't make you come down.
It just amazes me how some people still prefer uppers. I know everyone is different and have a different body chemistry, and react different to drugs.
But to all its own!
 
I don't get it why they have withdrawn pemoline almost worldwide (with the exception of Japan) due to some rare & possibly overstated liver damage when it was a superior ADHD treatment but they are still selling Desoxyn. Really. It's so stupid (we don't have Desoxyn here in Europe though & even d-amphetamine is only available by exceptional prescription. Ironically to see that the leading country in prohibition, the US, have methamphetamine available on prescription.)

Isopropylphenidate is a real advance in my eyes when it comes to uppers and I truly hope they will approve it anytime soon (which will not happen probably & the RC business will more likely make it vanish) for ADHD, as the patent is already out there. It is a so much cleaner & better variant of MPH with very little of the negatives.
Again one more thing I don't get why MPH has been around for decades but no one cared to screen for better analogues.

I'm super tempted to say klonopin or Xanax, being my drug of choice. but I'm gonna have to go with Dulaudid, the few times I've been blessed with this drug it was just so amazing. I've never had any stronger opiates than this but I've heard some good stuff about fentanyl which I've been told I've had.

I listed my top 5 in my above post, but I'm going to list my top 5 brand name edition, with un limited supplies. (non generics).

I think Opana is too strong for me to take with Methadone.
When on low doses of Methadone (35mg or lower), adding your other opioid of choice to the mix, mine is IR Oxycodone (Roxy's) it feels AMAZING.
When I first started on Methadone I was on 30mg, when I took Oxycodone on top, or smoked Heroin on top of 30mg Methadone I had some of the best highs
of my life. It lasts so much longer too. I heart Methadone.

A possible 10 to 25 time increase in the chance of liver failure is a pretty good reason. It had really fallen out of favor anyway, it wasnt a huge loss. I am not aware of its superiority to amphetamine or methylphenidate but going to check.

And methamphetamine doesnt carry the hepatotoxicity risks even remotely like pemoline, so why shouldnt it be available. It has very little use anyway, too. In 19 years in the pharmacy business, I have never seen a single prescription for Desoxyn.

Hmm prob 20 mg hydrocodone pills. Ran out some time ago on 5 mg and had the perfect dose at 20 mg.
