If you have a limit of 7 overdoses. definitely fentanyl citrate powder ( it's real ,I am not eating patchs like a dumpster diver) and mdpv ,tan if you take special orders.

Threads like these are so common I don't know why really. It's not like we're ever going to face this situation.
I would choose cannabis and ketamine. I would say ecstasy but then once you'd overused the MDMA you would be bored and your brain receptors fried. It's a close one as ketamine I can only abuse so far before I start getting the hot feeling piss. Very tough to say, could say alcohol but the thought of never having another sesh on fun chems like MDMA and ket doesn't sit well with me.
