If you Could only do one drug/pill for the rest of your life what would it be?

Marijuana (if all strains and hybrid strain combos etc are available to me - medical marijuana style) - it's like the "jack of all trades" drug. Fuck physical addiction (opiates/benzos).
 
hmm hard choice....probably oxymorphone if they where out of that then fentanyl.
 
A mescaline extract (needs all the other alkaloids).

Because a low dose (pre-psychedelia) is just a great mood lift. Everything feels calm, relaxed & right, & you don't even feel intoxicated, just like it's a really great day. Higher doses are just amazing.
 
Easily my choice would have to be heroin. Nothing makes me feel better than a nice big shot of dope mmmm....I also like that it's a drug I can take anywhere and not have to worry too much about people thinking I'm high. Also it's nice that the drug itself doesn't usually cause much harm to the body rather it's the lifestyle that does....
 
HEROIN!

My god thinking about an endless supply of dope just makes sends chills down my spine. I don't think you would really have to worry about tolerance because since its unlimited you could always just do more haha.
 
I know everyone is going to think i'm ridiculous for saying this, but TRAMADOL. Don't even know what that stuff is doing to my organs but I love it so much, hands down most euphoria and productiveness over vicodin/oxy/morphine thanks to my super low natural tolerance. Plus it lasts forever. Tramadol ftw.

Haters gonna hate man. It's stupid to refuse to recognize the concept of personal preference. FWIW I'm w/ ya, tram is super.
 
heroin for sure. it's just great. that rush cannot be beat. and if i had an endless supply i'd have absolutely nothing to worry about, such as getting dopesick or being strapped for cash, because if i became broke, i could just sling some dope to another junkie. hell, i'd have super low prices and because of that, the best clientele anyone could ask for. woot!

wow woulda never expected that one .
Got tramadol after bein in the hospital and they did absolutely nuthin for me at all.
I took myself off them .
Still have a standing script for them.
Wierd cause i have herd a few peeps on here say they like them ...wierd to me :|
