Ok been listening to a few tracks and thinking if I made a supergroup who would be in it and what sort of music would they play? I'm toying around with the line up at present!

If you could create a supergroup who would be in it? Feel free to name your group also

The artist formally known as Prince, Kate Bush, Brian Eno and Hellfish need to make a mostly instrumental dark ambient album with a dirty sex vibe.

Django Rheinhardt, Tony Rice, David Grisman, Mississippi John Hurt.

Ah fuck it, throw in Jerry Douglas as well :\

Haha I was about to put Keith Levene (founding Clash member/PIL) John Lydon and Jah Wobble back together (with a host of others) when I just read this on his social media

All these people Wobble, Jones (NOT YOU BARRY :-), Anthony Keidis, Bob Miller and of course John fukin Lydon - AND THAT’S JUST FOR STARTERS. I say fuck the lot of you and tell me…what the fuk did i do that was so bad aside from greatly enhancing your situation. Everyone’s lives who I encountered in a professional sense were improved after they worked with me. I kept silent for more than 30 years. No more.

Keith's angry! He's also trying to sue Wobble and the Guardian for an interview they did in which, amongst saying nice things, Wobble also called Keith "a horrible junkie in the PIL days". Doesn't something have to be wrong to sue for? Keith was kicked out of The Clash for being a smackhead, fell out with PIL for being a smackhead...LOL popstars eh? Fucking great guitarist though.

ODB on piano, I take it? :D

I'm pretty sure he does that lovely solo in 'Shimmy Shimmy Ya' on the Fisherprice keyboard ;)

I'm pretty sure ODB would try to smoke Prince.

Wouldn't be too bad if he gave you twos. I bet smoking Prince would be beezer %)

Ah cheers, seems worth a watch. The circumstances of his death are still a bit puzzling to me..he is Dirt McGirt though, so I suppose the bizzare should be expected.

I really love ODB's stuff, to the dismay of many a partner over the years :D

I have a mate who reminds me so much of him. The mannerisms, facial expressions and everything.

EDIT: I've just finished watching it and I thought it was a bit shite, to be honest. I watched it just because of the interest in ODB but it felt like reality show drivel. I suppose it was a reality show, of sorts. It also really highlights just how scummy the music industry is.

I'm finding this surprisingly difficult, as many of the musicians who spring to mind played differing genres, or with differing motivation.

I would have loved to hear a re-imagination of My Immortal by Evanescence, but performed by the legendary Johnny Cash, with the poetic soul of Kurt Cobain and the husky, heartfelt tone of Amy Winehouse.
