If OC Is Released 30-40% Immediately.....

Lately all I have been able to get are the op oc's which are abuse proof from what I have seen but I was thinking about something yesterday and I was wondering if it would work.

So I have seen from multiple sources that oc pills release between 30 and 40% of the pill immediately when you take them and the rest is time released over twelve or so hours. So this would mean that the first 30 or 40 percent of the outer coating of an oc is instant release right? With the rest of it being time released?

If this were true couldn't I take an oc op80 and hose clamp grind just the first 30 or 40 percent of the pill all the way around equally and all the powder I would have would be instant release? That would give me like 35mg instant release oxy powder from an oc op80? If I did this would two 80's I would have like 70mg's instant release wouldn't I?

Then the rest of the pill could still be used but in the time release manner.

I don't know if this would work or not and it's really not a way around the abuse proof part of the pills I guess but for me being someone who needs about 60mg immediate release oc this seems like it would work in theory.

Also I'm not totally sure about the oc pills releasing 30-40% immediately. I don't really quite understand the time release part of the pills so maybe someone who better understands it could explain it to me. I'm just going off the majority of what I have read that says the pills release 30-40% immidiately.

Anyone else have an opinion on this?

Your way off on this.
There is a lot more involved than what your thinking.
But considering the complexity of the answer rather than posting a full screen's worth of text I'll direct you to the following thread.
After reading it you'll have a better idea as to why it's not quite as simple as you're hoping it is.
In particular some of the posts by "justtesting" will help explain to you why it's a lot more complicated than your guesstimate.

Yeah I did kinda assume that it was a little bit more complicated than I thought. My idea does seem a little simple.

Even though does anyone know if I'm right about the 30-40% being immediate release then the rest of it being time release?

If so with my tolerance I feel like I could just take one and feel ok. I only have to take 60mg cause i usually still have subs in my system. I find that if I take 60mg of immediate oxy only 18 hours after my last sub I get great results. My tolerance was about only 40mg oxy before I went on subs.

Usually that's with roxis though. I am worried that if I go a few days off subs and only have op oc80's it might not be worth it. This is why I haven't tried yet. I'm worried I will try, it will suck and then I will have to wait until the next day to go back on the subs.

I feel compelled to try an op oc80 just because of how easy it is to get them though. I could never get oc 80's before but now with the op's I can get all I want.

If only I could go back to my glory days of having a 10mg oxy tolerance! 10mg's of oxy would turn me into the person i always wanted to be. I had finally found a miracle drug! I never even knew what opiate tolerance was back then. Even these op's would be gold to me!
