By 40 a day... i mean 40mg a day for like 3months i weigh 117.. how dangerous is this. and is it something i should stop right away?

Regular usgae of methylphenidate is comparable to regular usgae of caffeine. It's habit forming, can make you irritable and or depressed if you stop taking it regularly, and it elevateds blood pressure.

Other than that it's not too much of a worry. 40mg is not a lot, especially if you take breaks.

40mg is not a high dose. Half the maximum daily prescribed dose.

i think that since ritalin has talc, it can harm ur lungs when sniffed. look it up. i wonder if it was anyworse than shooting..which is how i rationalized my iv ritalin days bc i was like fuck it, everyone sniffs it and has no problems, but i guess i got lucky just like many sniffers.

anyway 3 months aint much of a time for that normal daily adult and teen dose of 20mg methylphenidate tablets 2x a day.

maybe do an extraction and make a nasal spray if u are concerned or wanna play it safe.

i use my ritalin mostly for creative/energy/focusing/being easily entertained.

but i wouldnt worry. i mean i have met lots of ppl who sniff ritalin no problem and everyone freaks if i iv it and im thinking duh, talc is getting in either way. i guess the sniffers and i just got lucky.
