if i mix 10mg of xanax with a beer will i be ok?

I havent had alchohol in a long time and i wanna mix it with 10mg of xanax, is that too much xanax? i have a high tolerance for xanax, so i was looking for something to help relax me
 
what would happen if i did drink 1 beer with that much?

If I wanna drink with xanax how much should i lower the dose by?
 
thats a lot of xanax.... if you have that high of a tolerance ... one beer probably wont kill you.... however
yes mixing alcohol and benzos can get dangerous quickly

This.

Xanax at one point in time was part of my oxy/hydromorphone regimen. Tolerance builds rapidly and before you know it 2mg turns into 20mg and at that point you realize you are more physically/mentally dependent on the benzos than the painkillers.

I would suggest a prolonged break, for a lifetime, but in all realities for the longest time period you can go without them.

Looking back I think alpraz is one of the worst benzodizepines. I really can't even see the therapeutic value in it, unless you like walking around with amass of candy bars and gas station knick-knacks in your pockets.
 
Thats to much xanax. You should not mix downers and i say don't do it.

If someone were to do it they may not die i dunno, but they sure would be proper fucked.
 
That amount of xanax would almost certainly knock you out and you most definately wont remember anything, however your tolerance might be high. Alcohol and xanax are both cns depressants and will interact with each other so i certainly wouldnt recommend mixing them. Alot of ppl do things like commit crimes while under the influence of xanax and comsuming alcohol will on ly add to the effects. Dont do it
 
short answer? hell no.
I don't even think 10mg alprazolam is ok without the alcohol. I've never even taken more than 2mg at a time. even in low doses I would advise against mixing alcohol with benzos. Even tolerant users will find that alcohol will make benzos turn against you.

Exactly what he said! I took 2mg of Klonopin and drank a half gallon of whiskey last year after my cousin was diagnosed with cancer, & long story short, WENT CRAZY. I really thought I could handle it but I guess not. Ended up in a huge blackout, & Beat up myself,My boyfriend at the time& my brother.

1-2mg Xanax I used to and 1-2 beers. I found 2mg made me sleepy. If you did 10mg? NO one knows apart from you'll exp mem loss! sexual encounters? attacking taxis in NYC wake in Spain or Mexico, find out your brother is your dad and punch a lightbulb then look at the gram of cocaine you must of snorted because it all went and you've 5 cctv cams in your room.

Don't bother dont be a fool learn from your mistakes or be a wise guy and learn from others so crack open here, d-f, erowid and read on Xanax overdoose and look for about 10mg mixed with one?? one beeer. and post it here for an idea.
 
What's the point in drinking 1 beer on xanax? It surely just sounds like your just trying to potentiate the Xanax buzz....

The hard things with benzo's is that with every bonus you gain from them, there is a negative. "There is no free lunch". I highly recommend you cut down on your benzo use if it is possible.

u heard this from others but listen i started on 1 mg lorazapam for 2 months the right to 2 mg klonopin then 3 then 4 mg of kpin daily for SA and i got booted for dirty urine and i had seizures i was driving wrecked my car totaled it got arrested shit sucked now im on 4 mg fo life im tapering now but its so hard my body just needs the shit to function so please if it not to late TREAD LIGHTLY once tolerance goes up u wont get a buzzz at all so just keep that in mind peace eur0........
