If i have to slam ATLEAST 8mg to get 'high' then how much do i need to get rid of w/d

okay, so basically if i'm gonna do dilly to get 'high' i'll slam 8mg. If i want to nod out i'll slam 16-24mg.

How much do i need to save for tomorrow for work to prevent myself from withdrawals? I don't want to get high tomorrow, i just want the 8 and a half hours to be withdrawal-free and that's it... Would 3mg work?
