If God does exist.

But isn't the whole point of God that He must be believed in, rather than known?

I think the major part of what motivates people who do believe in a God is the constant room for uncertainty. With fact the whole principle crumbles.

God is love.
Correction it's.... GodandLove

Hi.
Again, what's a god?

ebola

What is a God is a good question.. the rest of your post is just unnecessary fluff and filler. Do you want to know what a God is? A God is a mind that is able to do ALL things.. A God is a 'human mind' (to be more specific)... that has mastered reality... What do I mean by "mastered reality"... Think on it.... Think very hard.... Someone who has become a professional of REALITY....can do all things.... I'm talking turning water into wine my friends.... OH YOU BETTER FUCKING BELIEVE! All things are possible... Jesus proved this... Buddha proved this.. Krishna proved this... Lucifer proved this... Moses proved this... Thoth proved this.... All masters of reality.

Would you like to see God(a God)... Awaken within your dreams.... <---Oh please know what this means.

REMEMBER never mind what the rest of the world thinks... This is for you and you alone! You will reach a point where you realize and KNOW everything takes place within... and the exterior is just a projection of that which lies within you... yourself... WE all have our OWN personal infinity.

The story of Jesus was made up my the Romans to combat Jewish militias.

Funny... Isn't it ironic how a thousand years from now a so called "fictional" story will remain ever more relevant... and yet there will be absolutely no trace of YOU ever even existing?

Doesn't that just make you giggle with delight rick? It makes me giggle! LOL

So 1000 years from now... Who do you thinks gonna be the fairy tale... You or Jesus?

*DEVIL LAUGH*
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHahaha

no, it wasn't.

it was adapted from the pagan beliefs which predates christian dominance in the area. constantine combined beliefs in order to get political and military support for his rule.

get your history correct (if you have ever actually studied it).

and besides, the words of the bible have as much relevance to the existence of God as the lyrics of a miley cyrus song.

Aye.. and Mohammed will giggle with delight when you realise you've been worshipping the wrong god.

Vishnu and Buddha are also laughing at the fact you're going to hell.

And aye L2R I knew that..

I worship NO ONE!

Jesus never asked to be worshiped... In fact he taught the opposite. Same with Buddha.

Let me guess... Everything you know about Jesus came from public television correct? You've never actually read the New Testament yourself? You just take other people's interpretations of God and project them onto everything that has to do with religion. That's called small minded categorization.

Do you worship Yahweh? Cos he sure as hell likes to have his ass kissed.

Jesus said to love him more than your family.. for those that don't do not deserve to enter heaven.. kinda sounds like he'd like a bit of worship, too.. In the same verses he says he has come to turn family members against eachother. Good ol Jesus.

By the way.. Did the angel visit Mary or Joseph to tell them about Jesus? Was Jesus born in Galilee or Nazareth? If Nazareth, why did Joseph and Mary travel there?

which part did you know?

i replied contradicting your post.

and you keep going on with the bible in this thread for some reason

nah, he's just vehement and lacks tact. ricko has been posting like this a couple of years now.

i don't remember but he might have lived in or still lives in the american bible belt. the abusers of religion in the states would drive anyone batty. hell, it's reported the new pope has recently said that fundamental christians have a mental illness.

Jesus, would you all calm down? ;)

Seriously though... disagree with each other if you must, but maintain civility. Biblical debates can be intense between believers or non-believers. There's plenty of room for interpretation and no need to be all righteous about "correctness".

If the Bible was political control, then what about the Torah? The matter can't be that simple.
