I would say Cascadia or Appalachia. Cascadia for the green, Appalachia for the shine. Both are beautiful places.

North Korea ain't a bad shout considering weeds legal there.

An alternative is throw a party within a festival :) My vote is boomtown since there are fake clubs that run till like 4am way after the main acts have finished performing.

granted i have limited traveling experience, never been to the west coast or NYC

but Austin has alot to offer n is the absolute shit
